Midlothian HS is requesting units for a marching band competition on Saturday 10/21/2023. The event would require us to be available from 1400-2300 that evening. If we needed to split crews that would be an option. The ideal staffing for this event would be to have the UTV on scene due to large space that bands will be using, and also an ambulance that will only be used in the event of a life threat. All other transports will be done by on duty crews at the statoins.
This event is expecting over 1000 people to be on scene throughout the day with the highest number of participants at the end of the event. There will be multiple schools rom the state participating, and expct to have a large family following as well.
We will need a minimum of two people to do this event with 4-5 people being ideal. The school nurse will assist with the first aid station, and we will use our equipment how is best suited on the space that we are provided. Please let me know if you are interested and available.
